Our jewelry is handcrafted or machine-finished from high-quality materials such as:

  • Bronze
  • Gold-plated stainless steel and Bronze

While we strive for consistency, variations in finish, tone, and craftsmanship may occur. These natural inconsistencies make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

We do not claim our products are hypoallergenic. Customers with metal sensitivities are advised to review materials carefully before purchasing.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

All items listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Modify product descriptions
  • Adjust prices without prior notice
  • Discontinue products at any time

All prices are listed in CAD and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will reflect true colors or finishes.

5. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate. Orders may be declined or cancelled at our discretion, particularly if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Billing or shipping details are incorrect
  • Product is out of stock

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping options and delivery times are listed during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Final sale items, earrings, and custom pieces are not returnable
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
