Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return certain items. Please review the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus shipping charges
Partial Order Returns
· If you purchased two or more items, you must return the entire order. Individual items from a multi-item order cannot be returned separately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
- Mystery Boxes (containing 4–10 surprise items)
- Sale items discounted 50% or more
Final Sale Items
All items marked as 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow us up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund has been completed.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at canadianmoonjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at canadianmoonjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
